可程式直流電源供應器PSW Series
PSW系列是單通道可程式交換直流電源供應器,本系列採用定功率設計並提供多範圍電壓及電流設置的組合,PSW系列產品共有六個型號,額定電壓為30V80V的組合,使用輸出功率分別為 360W720W1080WPSW系列可提供2組單機串聯或3組單機的並聯,因此 PSW可以提供更高電壓或更高電流的輸出,PSW系列可顯著降低了用戶用於各種電源產品設備的投資,以因應不同功率或多範圍電壓、電流變化之需求。
C.V(定電壓) / C.C(定電流)優先權設定,亦是PSW系列最具產品價值的一項特殊功能,當此功能,一旦設定完成後,便可以有效降低因湧浪電流或瞬間的脈衝現象所衍生待測物損壞的情形。傳統的電源供應器絕大多數都是在CV模式下使用,當輸出為開啟瞬間皆會有非常大的浪湧電流,以LEDIV特性曲線作為例子,它是一個非常具有挑戰性的任務來執行這個測量,因為LED其特殊的動作行為如使用一般的常規電源將不容易模擬負載的動作行為。
PSW系列提供多重使用者界面,如USB, LAN, GPIB - USB選配。使用者可透過使用者介面進行LabView PC軟體的連線控制。另PSW亦提供類比通訊使用者介面,其可在後面板進行外部控制電源供應器的輸出開啟或關閉,及外部輸出電壓和電流的監控等。

PSW系列是一款單路輸出多量程可程控開關直流電源,最大輸出功率範圍可達1080W.這系列產品包含了15個機型,分別為額定電壓30V,80V,160V,250V和800V及功率輸出360W,720W,1080W。定功率多段範圍操作在額定功率下提供彈性及高效的電壓和電流設定配置。PSW系列可以兩台機器串聯或三台機器並聯的方式提供更高的電壓和電流去應用在更廣泛的範圍。結合定功率多段範圍的運用和串並聯的連接,PSW系列顯著降低客戶因應不同的電源範圍而需另外購買其它電源供應器的需求。

 

對於保護待測物而言,PSW的CC/CV優先模式是一個非常有用的特點。傳統電源供應器輸出時通常是操作在CV模式。在電源輸出時,對於電容性負載或current-intensive load可能會引起湧浪電流。以LED的I-V驗証曲線為例,將很難使用傳統電源供應器進行量測,傳統電源供應器在啟始狀態下會處在 cv模式,當輸出電壓高於LED的順向電壓時,則電流會瞬間導通,超過預設電流限定值。即使在CC模式切換後電流變得穩定,但在CV和CC的交越點仍可能對待測物造成損壞。而PSW系列在電源輸出時,就能夠操作在CC模式抑制湧浪電流,防止瞬間電壓導通時對待測物的損害。

 

可調式Slew Rate可讓使用者設定電壓或電流的上升時間和下降時間。透過控制Slew Rate設定方便待測物在電壓或電流變化下進行驗証。照明裝置或大電容的製造測試中,電源輸出時常產生大湧浪電流,如此大大減少待測物的使用壽命。為防止湧浪電流對裝置的損壞,一個緩慢變化的電壓輸出顯著降低湧浪電流所造成的損壞,並達到裝置的保護。

 

PSW系列所提供的OVP和OCP功能,可供自行設定且預設值為額定值的110%倍。當保護設定被觸動時,則輸出會被關掉以保護待測物。USB及LAN為PSW系列的標準通訊界面,而GPIB-USB、RS232-USB是選購配件。所有界面都支援LabView driver和Data Logging PC軟體。在背板的外部類比遠端控制端子支援外部控制輸出及監控電壓和電流輸出。

 

定功率多段範圍操作

相較於傳統電源供應器的最大功率輸出是由最大電壓輸出乘上最大電流輸出。而PSW 提供一個多段式  直流電源輸出(電壓x 電流)的特點。這個特點在相同最大的功率輸出範圍,可以輸出大電壓小電流或小電壓大電流。舉例來說,傳統電源最大輸出功率為720 瓦,最大電壓及電流分別是90V 和8A;而對於PSW 250-9 最大功率720 瓦而言,可以提供電壓和電流範圍分別為0~250V 和0~9A。最大9A 電流可在電壓為80V 輸出,而最大電壓250V 可在電流為2.88A輸出。其輸出電壓/電流特性如下。
