電源分析套件,提供豐富的13項量測功能,協助工程師用於電源品質、切換損耗、諧波失真、漣波、湧浪電流、調變分析、安全工作區域、負載瞬態、電源效率、B-H曲線、控制迴路分析、電源供應器抑制比與電源開/關分析等。透過內建頻率響應分析(FRA)APP,藉由控制迴路分析功能,工程師即可有效地進行相關設計、校驗、驗證與測試。
除了提供示波器時域信號的多種量測功能,還提供了1M點FFT分析與雙通道頻譜分析功能,可同時觀察示波器兩個通道上的頻譜,可個別設定中心頻率、頻率範圍以及解析度頻寬。內建的光譜圖(Spectrogram)功能,提供了頻域成份在時間上的變異分析,簡便的功能操作與優異的運算性能,協助工程師能快速針對其設計的時域與頻域信號,進行量測與除錯。
搭配I2C/SPI/UART/CAN/LIN串列匯流排觸發與解碼功能、25 MHz任意/函數產生器和DVM/頻率計數器,並內建固緯精心研製的電源插座,可供電給GCP-530/1030(DC-50/100MHz)或同類型電流探棒。工程師直接將電流探棒連接內建的供應電源插座即可正常使用,不需額外購買昂貴的電源供應器,也可免除外出時攜帶的負擔。
具備RS232/USB/Ethernet與選配的GPIB等多種連接介面與完整的遠端控制命令,適用於系統整合商建置各類自動化量測系統。靈活的遠程Web控制功能,可讓工程師在遠端透過網路與瀏覽器輕鬆的操控與觀察示波器畫面,具備多樣操作模式。
可選配1G取樣率16個數位輸入通道的邏輯分析儀,用於混合訊號分析,不論是對教育界的研究實驗室、還是電子產業研發工程師來說,都是市場上高性價比數位示波器的最佳選擇。
